Hi, I'm Mahmoud Aitelkatab
30 years-old Moroccan entrepreneur, polymath, marketing manager, and community solutionist at the intersection of sustainability businesses, eCommerce, digital logistics and growth.
🦇 About me
Born in 13th September 1993. In 1999 I gained my nickname "Batman" after I was yelling on neighborhood's kids from the 3rd floor old house where I spent my childhood (they saved me).As an experienced professional and self-taught marketer, I work and collaborate at the intersection of these verticals: sustainability businesses, digital logistics, community building, e-commerce operations and growth marketing.

💼 My professional work
I run Espace Logistique—an individual media company that connects the modern logistics/supply chain professionals to receive fresh opportunities and the recent industry insights and news. I do supply chain marketing advisory services (growth marketing, community-building, storytelling) to elogistics startups and logistics and transportation businesses.
In 2023, I started working remotely as a Marketing Project Manager at Cuir Dimitri, an established Fashion eCommerce Canadian brand with 52 years of craftsmanship, at the same time, worked on the [Saint Yachts] project to develop its the new platform. Prior to those experiences, I co-lanched an eCommerce business "Areej Fragrance". My previous work experience included centralized load control and airport operations, logistics operations roles, social media and strategic marketing positions for companies like Swissport Maroc, Bookline Maroc and other companies.

It all started as a 3-friends private group and ended up to 13,000 online members of the supply chain and logistics industry across Europe and African countries.

Through the Afterwork Lab, I run an email marketing and newsletters growth studio to help create spaces of meaningful inbox experiences, and we make marketing more human and community driven.I work with clients around the world ranging from eCommerce brands to organizations to large multinational companies, to create and design good inbox experiences, digital strategies and marketing campaigns that are authentic and fresh.

I used to manage the Afterwork Club, where we have a community-centric club to encourage the making culture and push passion economy among our members through meetups, activities and learning resources.
👃 Areej Fragrance
I co-launched Areej Fragrance with my brother Abdessadek and Reda. We are making green frankincense more inclusive and accessible in the Moroccan market. Our goal is two-fold; to leave the world a better place than we found it; and people better off before they found us.
